Responsibilities
- Analyze global technological, economic, and societal shifts to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with company vision and emerging disruptions

- Identify and evaluate breakthrough technologies with transformative potential for our industry
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or equivalent
- 7+ years experience in strategic foresight, corporate innovation, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills for complex concepts
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, Foresight Practitioner)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation initiatives with measurable impact
