Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent with 8+ years of strategic innovation experience
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products or services
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong technical fluency in emerging tech domains (blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for distilling complex futures into actionable insights
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston) preferred
