Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive trends impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI)
- Facilitate C-level workshops on future-proofing organizational resilience
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces on next-gen innovation frameworks
- Manage a $2M innovation portfolio with quarterly ROI reviews
- Mentor junior futurists through our Future Leaders Program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years in innovation strategy or trend analysis at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of implementing future-ready initiatives with measurable impact
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology adoption curves
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or MIT Sloan
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Experience with AI/ML trend prediction platforms
