Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Lead cross-functional teams in building prototype solutions for future-facing challenges
- Conduct horizon-scanning research identifying disruptive technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Present strategic innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and board members
- Partner with venture capital arms to scout and integrate emerging startups into innovation portfolios
- Design immersive future-state simulations for client decision-making processes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record launching tech products with 3+ years market impact
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing applications, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Technology, Futures Studies, or Business Innovation
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed innovation journals
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Fluency in future-proofing methodologies and risk mitigation for exponential technologies
