Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for 2026+ tech disruptions across AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging market opportunities and competitive threats
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate foresight into product development and corporate strategy
- Present future scenarios to global stakeholders through executive briefings and white papers
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, engineering, and design teams
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in innovation strategy, tech forecasting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (generative AI, synthetic biology, quantum computing)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences and technical stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
