Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 innovation roadmap through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and prototype disruptive technologies
- Establish strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and industry leaders
- Present innovation strategies to executive stakeholders and investors
- Monitor emerging tech (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for competitive opportunities

Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation or technology leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA/MS/PhD preferred)
- Strong analytical and quantitative modeling capabilities
