- Develop scenario-based roadmaps for product innovation and market entry in high-growth sectors
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement future-proof solutions across AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Establish KPIs and measurement systems for tracking strategic innovation maturity
- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Forge partnerships with research institutions and disruptor startups
- Author annual '2026 Horizon Scan' reports for internal and external audiences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial success
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and strategic foresight frameworks
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Futures Studies, or related field
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Innovation (e.g., CFM preferred)
- Portfolio of published trend analysis or strategic frameworks
