Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and forecast their market impact through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for navigating disruptive industry shifts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for 2026 market challenges
- Present trend briefings to executive stakeholders and Board of Directors quarterly
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Author annual 'Horizon 2026' trend report distributed to Fortune 500 partners
- Oversee $5M+ innovation budget for strategic prototyping and pilot programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of forecasting market shifts with 85%+ accuracy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Executive-level presentation skills with Fortune 500 experience
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or industry disruption
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Fluency in English with additional languages (Mandarin, Spanish, Arabic) a plus
