Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neural interfaces, climate tech) and publish quarterly foresight reports
- Design and facilitate strategic workshops with executive leadership on future scenarios
- Lead innovation sprints to prototype solutions for 2026+ market opportunities
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical technology deployment
- Partner with R&D to integrate future-proofing into product roadmaps
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and tech summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting at Fortune 500 companies
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI/ML, biotech, quantum computing)
- Proven track record of translating future insights into commercial initiatives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
