Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year technology roadmaps for emerging innovations post-2025
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities
- Conduct horizon scanning for breakthrough technologies in quantum, bio, and AI domains
- Produce strategic white papers and policy recommendations for future tech governance
- Collaborate with venture partners to incubate 2026-era startups
- Represent company at global futurism conferences and policy forums
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent experience in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or Strategic Innovation
- Minimum 7 years in technology strategy or innovation management
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies (peer-reviewed journals or major publications)
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and scenario planning frameworks
- Proficiency in modeling complex adaptive systems and technological convergence
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on long-term tech strategy
- Deep understanding of ethical implications of emerging technologies
