- Develop and execute the 2026 Innovation Roadmap through horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Task Forces' to prototype breakthrough solutions for climate resilience, human augmentation, and autonomous systems
- Present strategic foresight briefings to executive leadership and board members quarterly
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions (MIT, Stanford, ETH Zurich) and emerging tech startups
- Quantify market potential and ROI for futuristic initiatives using predictive modeling
- Curate the annual '2026 Vision Summit' featuring global futurists and industry disruptors
- Mentor junior innovation specialists in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, corporate innovation, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record of launching products/services with 5+ year market impact
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into stakeholder narratives
- Published thought leadership in futurist journals (e.g., Futures, Technological Forecasting)
- Proficiency in strategic foresight frameworks (STEEP, Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Global network of futurists and innovation thought leaders
