Responsibilities
- Develop and implement multi-year innovation roadmaps for post-2026 technological convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to translate future scenarios into actionable strategies
- Conduct horizon scanning across quantum, synthetic biology, and neurotech domains
- Establish KPI frameworks measuring societal impact and adoption readiness for emerging technologies
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and policy summits
- Mentor a team of 5-7 futurist researchers and innovation architects
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals (e.g., Journal of Futures Studies)
- Expertise in scenario planning using tools like GBN's Scenario Navigator or MIT's Delphi Method
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Fluency in at least two major innovation frameworks (e.g., Blue Ocean Strategy, Lean Startup)
- Ability to synthesize complex data into compelling executive narratives
