As part of our elite Innovation Division, you'll collaborate with quantum computing pioneers, bio-engineering leaders, and AI architects to build the future's foundational frameworks. You'll translate complex signals into actionable strategies that position our portfolio companies as market-defining leaders by 2026 and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neural interfaces) and forecast market impacts
- Develop horizon-scanning frameworks to identify disruptive opportunities 3-5 years ahead
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state scenarios
- Produce strategic roadmaps integrating exponential technologies with business objectives
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory landscapes affecting innovation ecosystems
- Present foresight insights to C-suite executives and investment committees
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology analysis
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic frameworks
