Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks for emerging tech trends (AI, biotech, quantum, space)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype 2026-ready solutions
- Partner with MIT, Stanford, and NASA on next-gen R&D initiatives
- Author industry-defining whitepapers on societal impact of future technologies
- Design and execute corporate innovation incubators for disruptive ventures
- Advise executive board on ethical implications of 2026 technological shifts
- Build global ecosystem of futurists, VCs, and government innovation labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or emerging tech leadership
- Published author or keynote speaker on future trends (TED, Davos, etc.)
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum commercialization, or climate tech
- Track record of launching products/services with 5+ year market impact
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Deep network with Fortune 500 innovation teams and global research institutes
- Fluency in future-proofing methodologies and disruption modeling
