Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify breakthrough technologies and macro-trends impacting 2026-2030 landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology integration
- Architect innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections and regulatory shifts
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing business models and workforce transformation
- Produce trend reports and strategic briefs for board-level decision-making
- Partner with product teams to embed future-centric features in 2026 product launches
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation ROI in emerging markets
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Innovation, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in innovation strategy, R&D, or futurist consulting
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech impacts (AI, Web3, neurotech)
- Proven track record of scaling innovations from concept to market
