- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable biotech solutions
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to align innovation priorities
- Produce annual 'State of 2026' trend reports for Fortune 500 partners
- Manage a $2M innovation portfolio with ROI-focused KPIs
- Represent company at Davos, CES, and World Economic Forum events
- Mentor junior futurists in speculative design methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or futurist consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Expertise in scenario planning and speculative design frameworks
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and ethical AI governance
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., AC/FS) preferred
- Published thought leadership in MIT Tech Review or similar venues
- Fluency in Spanish or Mandarin for global stakeholder engagement
