Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026-2030 innovation roadmaps using predictive analytics and scenario planning

- Conduct horizon scanning to detect disruptive trends across industries
- Design sustainability frameworks for future-proof business models
- Present strategic insights to C-suite stakeholders and board members
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-forward solutions
- Author thought leadership on long-term technology impacts
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Proven track record of developing long-term strategic frameworks
- Exceptional data visualization and presentation skills
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
