- Develop patent-pending innovation frameworks for sustainable tech adoption
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen human-AI collaboration systems
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global futurist forums and publish industry-defining whitepapers
- Mentor junior futurists and build our foresight methodology practice
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts (provide 3 validated case studies)
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, synthetic biology, decentralized systems, or climate tech
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent field
- Published thought leadership in top-tier innovation journals
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
