- Present strategic foresight reports to stakeholders and investors
- Manage innovation portfolio with P&L responsibility for future-focused ventures
- Build ecosystems with academic institutions and global innovation hubs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive innovations to market
- Advanced degree in Technology, Strategy, or Futures Studies
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., CFrA) preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
