- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable energy ecosystems
- Design and facilitate scenario-planning workshops with executive leadership to prepare for multiple future states
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academic researchers, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex foresight insights into product development priorities and investment theses
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at premier innovation conferences
- Drive cross-functional alignment between R&D, marketing, and operations teams
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Innovation Strategy, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research leadership
- Proven track record of developing future-ready roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3) and their societal implications
- Exceptional analytical capabilities with data-driven trend forecasting expertise
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to influence C-suite stakeholders
- Published thought leader with 50+ articles/whitepapers on future scenarios
