- Deliver executive briefings and scenario planning workshops for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech incubators
- Author thought leadership publications on future workforce paradigms and digital transformation
- Manage a $2M innovation budget for experimental technology initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence
- Proven track record translating foresight into commercialized products or services
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and scenario planning frameworks
- Strong network within global innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Boston, Shenzhen)
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
- Published author or speaker at Davos, CES, or similar forums
