Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze technological, social, and economic trends shaping 2026+ landscapes
- Develop forward-looking innovation roadmaps aligned with 5-year strategic vision
- Lead ideation sessions for next-gen products/services using scenario planning methodologies
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Monitor emerging tech (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for disruptive opportunities
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives tracking progress toward 2026 milestones
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Strong data analysis and scenario planning capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership on innovation trends (whitepapers, patents, keynotes)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
