Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale futuristic solutions
- Analyze global tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Present strategic innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget through compelling business cases
- Mentor junior futurists in emerging tech methodologies
- Partner with academic institutions for cutting-edge research integration
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology leadership roles
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI, or neurotech
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with >$100M impact
- PhD or equivalent in future studies, computer science, or engineering
- Published research in peer-reviewed tech futurism journals
- Proficiency in scenario planning and technology forecasting frameworks
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
