Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech, climate tech) to develop 2026 innovation frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping breakthrough solutions for future market needs
- Deliver executive-level strategic briefings on disruptive technologies and their societal impacts
- Design and implement horizon-scanning methodologies to identify 5-7 year opportunities
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs for next-gen technology development
- Author thought leadership publications and speak at global innovation summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of developing future-focused roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable technology ecosystems
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Strong network of connections in global tech innovation communities
- Published thought leadership on technology's societal impact
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
