Responsibilities

- Author visionary whitepapers and thought leadership content on industry disruption
- Partner with R&D to translate future scenarios into product roadmaps
- Design and execute horizon-scanning methodologies for early trend detection
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Mentor innovation teams in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Innovation Management preferred
