Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ tech paradigms (quantum computing, synthetic biology, decentralized AI)
- Develop multi-generational innovation roadmaps aligned with UN SDGs and market disruption vectors
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions in our Silicon Valley Future Lab
- Host strategic foresight workshops for Fortune 500 clients and government agencies
- Author industry-defining white papers on 2026 workforce and societal shifts
- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused KPIs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Innovation, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategy/innovation roles at tech or policy organizations
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies (e.g., Nature, MIT Tech Review)
- Expertise in scenario planning and causal layered analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of Web3, AGI safety frameworks, and climate tech
- Proven ability to translate foresight into executable business strategies
