Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technology disruptions across AI, quantum computing, and climate tech
- Develop future-proof roadmaps aligning R&D initiatives with market demands and regulatory landscapes
- Facilitate cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and design teams
- Present strategic foresight briefings to executive stakeholders and external partners
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation impact and market readiness
- Manage relationships with academic institutions and venture capital partners
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic innovation, futures research, or emerging technology strategy
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products/services
- Expertise in AI/ML, biotech, or sustainability technology ecosystems
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven scenario planning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futures studies preferred
