Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological and societal shifts
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for board-level decision-making
- Conduct immersive workshops with cross-functional teams to embed foresight into product development
- Author quarterly futures intelligence reports with predictive modeling and risk assessments
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions based on emerging opportunities
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech research
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and predictive modeling methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or innovation frameworks
