Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps with 3-5 year foresight
- Partner with engineering teams to integrate future-ready technologies into product roadmaps
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future scenarios
- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership content
- Advise executive leadership on emerging risks and opportunities
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and domain experts
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Proven track record of translating future trends into business strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting
- Strong proficiency in AI/ML, biotech, or quantum computing domains
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
