Responsibilities
- Architect 5-10 year innovation roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotechnology convergence
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for Fortune 500 clients on 2026 technological disruption
- Establish cross-disciplinary 'Future Labs' connecting academia, startups, and enterprise R&D
- Develop patentable frameworks for ethical AI governance in autonomous systems
- Produce annual 'State of 2026' reports distributed at Davos and World Economic Forums
- Mentor a cohort of 'Future Architects' through our Quantum Accelerator program
- Secure $50M+ in strategic partnerships for emerging technology commercialization
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or Exponential Technologies
- 10+ years experience in innovation strategy at top-tier tech or research institutions
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals on technological forecasting (h-index >30)
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum machine learning, neuro-ethics, climate engineering
- Proven track record of scaling ideas from concept to billion-dollar impact
- Fluency in futures modeling tools (e.g., Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Speaking record at three+ global technology conferences (TED, Web Summit, etc.)
