Responsibilities
- Forecast and map 2026+ technological disruptions across AI, climate tech, and biotechnology
- Develop strategic roadmaps for future-proofing enterprise operations and product ecosystems
- Lead 'Horizon Labs' initiatives prototyping next-gen solutions (e.g., quantum-secure blockchain)
- Partner with C-suite to embed futurism into corporate strategy and investment decisions
- Author industry-shaping whitepapers and keynote presentations at global forums
- Mentor cross-disciplinary teams in speculative design and scenario planning
- Drive innovation sprints with 20+ startups in our Future Ecosystem Accelerator
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology
- Proven track record developing future-ready frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AI ethics
- Published thought leadership on 2026+ technological trends (e.g., Nature Futures, MIT Tech Review)
- Experience leading $5M+ innovation budgets with measurable ROI
