Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ technology foresight frameworks using scenario planning and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Produce strategic whitepapers and trend briefs for executive decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Quantify market readiness for emerging technologies (quantum, AI, bioconvergence)
- Design innovation KPIs and track adoption of futuristic technologies
- Mentor teams in futurist methodologies and strategic foresight
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic innovation or technology forecasting
- Published work on exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Proven experience with scenario planning tools and foresight methodologies
- Deep understanding of sociotechnical systems and human-machine interfaces
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Assessment
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ futuristic commercialization projects
- Expertise in data-driven trend analysis and predictive modeling
