Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 technology and innovation roadmap through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives on disruptive technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Translate future insights into product development roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Build and manage an ecosystem of futurist researchers, academic partners, and industry disruptors
- Present strategic foresight findings to board members and investors quarterly
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks for emerging technologies
- Mentor junior futurists and cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused tech leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial products or policies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, Web3, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations
