Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for technology adoption curves through 2026
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive innovation opportunities
- Analyze geopolitical and socio-economic trends impacting future tech landscapes
- Design incubation strategies for emerging technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Present strategic recommendations to board members with data-backed scenarios
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Establish KPIs for measuring future-readiness across organizational functions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or emerging tech consulting
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-scenario analysis (2020-2025)
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neurotech, climate tech
- Proficiency in horizon scanning tools and trend analysis methodologies
- Experience facilitating C-level strategic planning sessions
- Deep understanding of ethical frameworks for exponential technologies
