- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-state business models
- Establish KPIs for exponential technology adoption curves
- Mentor junior futurists through Horizon's Future Leaders Program
- Present at global conferences (Web Summit, CES, Davos)
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Analysis)
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, neurotech, or synthetic biology
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful trend-to-market translations
- Certification in Systems Dynamics Modeling (SDM)
