Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap across AI, biotech, and quantum computing domains
- Lead interdisciplinary teams to prototype and launch future-facing products and services
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry pioneers
- Present visionary concepts to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of bold experimentation
- Measure and report on future-readiness metrics for organizational transformation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, R&D leadership, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products or services
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex future scenarios
- Experience with scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-focused projects executed at scale
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making approach
