Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record shipping production-level quantum AI systems
- Deep expertise in neural architecture optimization and federated learning
- Published research in top-tier AI/quantum journals (arXiv, IEEE)
- Experience securing DARPA/NSF grants for cutting-edge projects
- Strong background in ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST)
