Responsibilities
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ technological landscapes
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with AI/quantum/biotech teams
- Produce trend analysis reports for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Architect patent-pending solutions for emerging market disruptions
- Coordinate global hackathons and future-focused R&D initiatives
- Mentor next-gen innovators in our Future Leaders program
- Present at industry conferences (Web Summit, CES, TEDx)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic concepts
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or neurotech
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications
- Experience scaling global innovation programs (50+ team members)
- Advanced degree in relevant field (PhD/MSc preferred)
- Portfolio of 2025+ technology roadmaps or patents
