Responsibilities
- Architect quantum-AI hybrid systems for next-gen autonomous decision engines
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in developing neural interface protocols
- Design scalable frameworks for real-time quantum machine learning
- Pioneer novel approaches to ethical AI alignment and governance
- Translate theoretical quantum computing models into production-ready solutions
- Drive innovation in human-AI symbiosis through cutting-edge research
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging quantum programming paradigms
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Computational Physics (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years leading quantum computing projects with tangible deliverables
- Expertise in quantum machine learning algorithms and QML frameworks
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Experience with neural interface hardware development
- Proven track record of translating research into commercial products
