Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 innovation roadmaps aligning with global sustainability goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum AI, climate tech, neurointerfaces)
- Identify emerging technologies with 5+ year market disruption potential
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Present futuristic visions to investors and board members
- Drive R&D initiatives in human-machine symbiosis and decentralized systems
- Monitor geopolitical shifts affecting tech adoption by 2026
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology leadership
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Proven track record in scaling disruptive technologies
- Expertise in quantum computing, climate modeling, or neurotech
- Deep understanding of 2030 UN SDGs and tech policy frameworks
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Published thought leadership in emerging technologies
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python/R preferred)
