Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop and execute strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term organizational vision
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype and scale disruptive ventures
- Establish partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry disruptors
- Present strategic scenarios and recommendations to executive leadership and board
- Monitor emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their industry implications
- Build organizational foresight capabilities through training and thought leadership
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Master's/PhD) in Futures Studies, Strategy, Technology, or related field
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of launching game-changing initiatives with measurable impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their transformational potential
- Exceptional communication skills to articulate complex future scenarios persuasively
- Experience with C-level stakeholder management and board presentations
