Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in launching 3+ annual innovation initiatives
- Partner with VPs to align futuristic strategies with business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies and disruptive threats
- Present strategic foresight to executive stakeholders and investors
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Mentor junior innovators in strategic thinking and emerging tech adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching tech initiatives with global impact
- Expertise in AI, sustainability, or space tech commercialization
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Exceptional stakeholder management across C-suite levels
- Published thought leadership in emerging technology or futurism
- Portfolio of 2025+ technology roadmaps or innovation projects
