Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the company's 2026 innovation roadmap, aligning with long-term strategic objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and launch cutting-edge ventures targeting 2026 market opportunities
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies, market shifts, and disruptive forces
- Develop future-proof strategies incorporating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Present visionary insights to executive leadership and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Mentor innovation teams in future-focused methodologies and strategic foresight frameworks
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurism roles
- Proven track record developing and implementing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Strong background in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional strategic communication skills with executive presence
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS in Technology Management, or equivalent)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
- Published thought leadership in innovation or future studies preferred
