Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology & Innovation, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic planning, futurism consulting, or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 scale
- Published author or recognized authority in future trends, with keynote experience at major tech conferences
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend impact analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing) and societal implications
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence executive stakeholders and external partners
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementations with measurable outcomes
