Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for market positioning and competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product innovation and operational excellence
- Produce executive-level trend briefings and predictive market intelligence reports
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, government agencies, and industry disruptors
- Drive organizational adoption of future-oriented methodologies and agile innovation processes
- Mentor junior strategists and champion a culture of anticipatory leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Planning, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic modeling methodologies
