- Mentor junior futurists in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in predictive modeling and scenario planning frameworks
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership on societal impact of emerging technologies
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., Shell Two Loops, Delphi)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ years of future-strategy implementation success
