As a key member of our Strategic Innovation Division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to identify disruptive opportunities across AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology. Your insights will directly influence product development, market expansion, and investment decisions for our next-generation portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic forecasts for emerging technologies (2026 horizon)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize future scenarios and innovation opportunities
- Produce executive-grade trend reports and competitive intelligence briefings
- Advise leadership on R&D prioritization and market entry strategies
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex technological concepts into compelling narratives for stakeholders
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory shifts affecting long-term innovation landscapes
- Drive adoption of foresight methodologies across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight
- Proven track record of publishing future-focused research or thought leadership
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence executive decision-making
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future strategy implementations
