- Develop KPIs to track emerging technology adoption and market readiness
- Present findings to investors and board members
- Mentor junior futurists and build a foresight methodology playbook
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurism with Fortune 500 or startup experience
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts with data-driven models
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (blockchain, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for complex concepts
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi)
- Published thought leadership in industry journals
