Responsibilities

- Architect strategic roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable innovation
- Lead scenario planning workshops with executive stakeholders across 5 global offices
- Translate future intelligence into product development and market entry strategies
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track organizational adaptation metrics
- Present strategic briefings to Board of Directors and external partners
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and societal impact
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Published thought leadership in future studies or innovation strategy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating future-strategy implementation results
