- Develop strategic frameworks for future-proofing product roadmaps and business models
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to prepare for alternative future realities
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions using AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Present foresight insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Build and lead a specialized foresight team of futurists and data scientists
- Author annual '2026 Horizon Report' for stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing future-oriented roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in trend analysis, systems thinking, and scenario modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., CFM) preferred
